If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered (with the exception of the items listed below) within 14 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until you return the items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Items returned between 14 days and 30 days from receipt will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item(s). Items returned after 30 days are not refundable.


We regret that we are not able to exchange or offer you a refund if you decide you no longer want items which by their nature cannot be returned once they have been dispatched including: Pre-ordered Items.

This does not, however, affect your statutory rights in relation to such items if they are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if they are items that you have been sent in error. If you have any questions please contact us at

Returns Instructions

To arrange a return please contact us at, once authorised a return authorisation number will be emailed to you. Returns cannot be processed without a returns authorisation number.

We do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible. Upon receipt your return is unpacked and the condition of the item is checked.

Once this is done, your refund or exchange is processed.

Delivery charges are non-refundable on all orders.

Items that appear to have been damaged and are not fit for resale are not eligible for a refund or exchange, without exception.

All items must be returned in their original box with packaging intact and unmarked; otherwise they will be refused as we cannot re-sell them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us.

The costs of returning any item is your responsibility.

Faulty Items

We take great care to hand pick and check every item before it is sent out but mistakes can sometimes happen. If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered then please email with your name address and order number and a description of the problem. We will contact you with details on how to proceed with the return.


Occasionally, we may run a promotional offer to give you a discount if you spend over a certain amount. Should items be returned, taking the value of the goods below the required discount or promotion threshold, the value of your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
